HazCalc OHS Admin is a complete online OHS management package that provides all of the tools needed to successfully control and manage workplace safety. HazCalc OHS Admin provides OHS management functions that meet all current legislative requirements and make implementation of an OHS management system in your workplace easy. OHS Admin is a remotely hosted solution meaning that maintenance and upkeep of the system is ensured and data integrity guaranteed.
Setup is simple. All that is needed is for employees and assets to be entered. This can easily be done by using the inbuilt importer. Generally the whole system can be up and running within an hour.
HazCalc OHS Admin provides employee tracking under a variety of actions such as incident and accident reporting, safety training and inductions. There is also the ability to add custom actions to cover those activities and actions not already included. All entries can be automatically correlated into a safety report.
Incident and accident reports are logged against assets, allowing alarms to be set that trigger when repeat incidents are logged. This provides an early warning that an asset or procedure needs to be reviewed.
Asset management allows entry of information relating to periodic servicing and inspection, such as portable appliance testing (PAT) and legislative inspection for licensing purposes. Alarms can be set to ensure that periodic tests are not missed. The asset register also allows a history of actions to be kept against each item, as well as giving the ability to track recorded incidents. Safe operating procedures can also stored for each item of plant or equipment.
HazCalc OHS Admin also includes a hazardous substance register, this allows chemicals and items stored on site to be recorded along with manufacturers safety data sheets (MSDS), substance location and any specific requirements relating to the storage of the substance.
With each item a review alarm can be set to send an email on a future date. This allows periodic reviews to be carried out for actions such as risk assessments or employee safety reviews. With all alarms and reports, emails are sent to the nominated administrative contact, ensuring that no item is missed.
