Keeper mauled by loose lioness

    Human error is speculated as the likeliest cause of the accident which saw a 63-year old worker mauled to death by a lioness at Johannesburg Zoo's Rietkuil conservation farm in Parys where cat enclosure gates had been inadvertently left open.
